Dear customers, please forgive me that our store cannot provide any unreasonable replacement/return service, please read the following terms and conditions to show your agreement:
- 照片都是经过美颜/滤镜处理 不排除有少许色差情况 本店不接受以色差为更换/退款为理由。
- The photos are all processed by beauty filters. It is not ruled out that there is a little color difference. We does not accept color difference as the reason for replacement/refund.
- 不接受以个人不喜欢衣服/穿的不合适或不好看/色差/可清理的污迹或不视为有缺陷的商品为退换/退款理由。
- No exchange / refund will be made for product that does not fit /color differ / quality or real product not up to expectation / not deemed defective.
- 如果收到不合适的尺寸想更换可以吗?可以的。更换尺寸需您自付双方运费。
- Can I change it if I receive an inappropriate size? OK. You will need to pay for both parties to change the size.
- 所有退换商品必须符合衣服原有情况(不被清洗过/不被穿过/不被更改过/商标和吊牌必须保持原状)
- All returned items must be in the original condition of the garment (not washed/worn/altered/brand and packaging must remain in their original condition)
- 优惠的商品不列为入为可退换商品。
- Offer items are not listed as returnable items.
- 使用优惠卷购买的商品不列为入为可退换商品。
- Items purchased with coupons are not listed as returnable items.
- 每个订单编号仅限退换一次。
- Please note that returns can only made one time per order number.
- 所有需要退换的商品在收到货后的7天内必须邮寄回来, 逾期不理。
- All items must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon item received, and any overdue items will be ignored.
- 在我方收到包裹前,买家需对该退还的商品负全责。
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- 请您提供单号让我们追踪包裹下落。
- Please provide the tracking number for us to track the parcel.
- 当我们收到包裹后,请给我们3个工作日处理您的更换请求。
- When we receive the parcel, please give us 3 working days to process your replacement request.
- 在更换流程中只能以回馈金方式兑现,不允许现金退还。
- For Exchange & Return, we only refund in store credits. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- 对于所有不符合上述条件的物品退回,我们将保留拒绝的权力。
- We reserve the right to refuse all returns that do not meet the above conditions.
退换流程|Return Process
1. 邮寄方式退换|Return Via Shipping method
步骤 1: 请依照步骤2的格式发信息至 Facebook Messenger 给我们的客服人员关于您的退换请求。
Step1: Please Facebook Messenger us to request for an return with RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM shown as Step 2 .
步骤 2: 请依照以下格式填写需退换商品:

- 退换原因及照片证明 Reason attached with picture proof :
- 退商品编号&名称 Return Product Code & Name :
- 换商品编号&名称 Exchange Product Code & Name :
- 退换方式 Return Way : 邮寄或者店面更换 Shipping Or Store Visit
步骤 3: 请在您要退换的包裹里放入收据和放入一张纸条,纸条上需附上您的FB/INS名字和订单编号以方便我们处理。 退换商品必须邮寄至以下地址:
Step 3: Please put back receipt and a note in the parcel you want to return, with your FB/INS name and order number attached for our convenience. Returns must be delivery to the following address:

步骤 4: 请在您完成以上更换包裹步骤后附上包裹追踪单号给我们。
Step 4: Kindly send us Tracking No after you have shipped out return item(s) to us .
2. 前往店面退换|Visit our store for the return/exchange
- 您必须在收到包裹的7天内到我们的店面进行退换/更换。
- You must come to our store for return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the package.
- 关于到我们店面进行退换/更换的顾客,您可参考以上步骤1到步骤2。
- For customers who come to our store for return/exchange, you can refer to steps 1 to 2 above.
